A wise man once told me that it is important to have passions and to pursue them in life. Well, the opportunity arose this summer and I'm happy to announce that I am a licensed Realtor in Arizona!! I have loved real estate for so long and have been involved closely on the lending side during my 11 years of working in commercial lending. From commercial buildings to investment properties, I have loved every aspect of it!!
I have always wanted to get my license; however, being a mom of young ones I didn't think it would be possible to find the time to go to school and study. I had been helping my broker with some admin/assistant work and when the time came to make some decisions regarding my career, I asked her if she could utilize some more help and without hesitation she said YES! but I needed to get my license to actually work for her...which meant school...now!
It took some time and family juggling but it finally happened...I went to school and took my exam this past summer! I worked so hard with studying and was so proud and relieved when I passed. It has been great thus far and I truly love my job.
